Effective date: August 5, 2026

We treat photographs and other client media with care. This website policy is not itself permission to photograph, record or publish identifiable patient information.

Separate, optional authorization

When identifiable photographs, video, audio, testimonials or other media are proposed for marketing or public educational use, we request a separate written authorization that describes the approved media, purpose and channels of use. Signing a marketing-media authorization is voluntary and is not required to receive treatment or to remain a patient.

Clinical documentation

Clinical photographs may be recommended to document baseline appearance, treatment planning, progress or outcomes. Clinical documentation is maintained as part of the applicable care record and is handled under the privacy practices and consent documents that apply to clinical information. Permission for clinical documentation does not automatically authorize public or marketing use.

Scope and context

Any approved use is limited by the written authorization you sign. Depending on your selection, media may be identifiable or de-identified and may appear on approved channels such as the Novaréne website, social-media accounts, digital advertising or printed materials. We will not represent an individual experience as a guaranteed result.

De-identification reduces the likelihood that a person will be recognized but cannot guarantee anonymity in every circumstance. Once authorized material is published, other people or platforms may save, copy or share it beyond our control.

Revoking authorization

You may request prospective revocation of a media authorization in writing by emailing info@novarene.com. We will honor a valid prospective revocation to the extent practicable and permitted by law. Revocation does not undo uses that occurred while authorization was valid, printed materials already distributed, or copies and resharing outside our control. The signed authorization governs if its terms differ from this general website policy.

Minors and representatives

Media involving a minor or a person who cannot provide authorization requires permission from an authorized parent, guardian or legal representative, along with any additional assent or documentation that applies.
