Helpful Details

Questions are
part of good care.

These general answers can help you prepare. Your consultation and treatment instructions will always take priority because candidacy and care vary by individual.

Consultation and planning

Do I need to know which treatment I want before booking?

No. Begin with what you are noticing and what you hope to preserve or improve. Your clinician will assess your goals, anatomy or skin, health history and preferences before discussing appropriate options.

What happens during a consultation?

You will discuss your goals, medical history, medications, previous treatments, timeline and comfort with downtime. When appropriate, your clinician will explain potential treatment options, relevant risks, alternatives and expected follow-up.

Will I be treated the same day?

Same-day treatment should not be assumed. It depends on clinical appropriateness, scheduling, informed consent and whether you have had adequate time to consider the recommendation.

What if treatment is not recommended?

That is a valid outcome of a consultation. A responsible plan may involve waiting, choosing a different approach or seeking evaluation from another qualified medical professional.

Treatments and results

How do I know whether Xeomin or Daxxify is right for me?

Both are neuromodulators, but product selection is individualized. Your clinician will consider the area being treated, your muscle activity, prior response, desired duration and other clinical factors.

Will my results look natural?

The Novaréne approach prioritizes subtle, balanced treatment that preserves identity and, where appropriate, natural movement. No specific result can be guaranteed.

How much downtime should I expect?

Downtime varies by treatment and by person. Some services may involve little interruption, while others may cause temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, dryness or flaking. Your specific aftercare instructions will be reviewed before treatment.

When will I see results, and how long will they last?

Timing and duration depend on the treatment, dose or technique, treatment area and your individual response. Treatment pages provide general expectations, and your clinician will discuss a more relevant range during consultation.

Are all treatments appropriate for every skin tone or skin type?

No treatment is automatically appropriate for everyone. Skin characteristics, pigmentation risk, sensitivity, active conditions and healing history should all inform selection and settings.

IV hydration

Can anyone receive IV hydration?

No. IV hydration requires medical screening. Certain health conditions, symptoms, medications or clinical findings may make treatment inappropriate or require evaluation elsewhere.

Is IV hydration a substitute for medical care?

No. It is not emergency treatment and does not replace evaluation or ongoing care for illness, persistent symptoms or suspected dehydration that may require a higher level of care.

Preparing and paying

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Preparation depends on the service. Complete requested clinical forms honestly, bring an up-to-date medication and allergy list, and follow the instructions provided for your treatment. Do not stop prescribed medication unless the prescribing clinician tells you to do so.

Does Novaréne offer payment plans?

Yes. Novaréne offers access to payment plans through Cherry. Eligible clients may have access to monthly payment options, including qualifying 0% APR options. Eligibility, approval and terms are determined by Cherry’s lending partners, not Novaréne.

What is the cancellation policy?

Novaréne currently does not require an appointment deposit and does not charge cancellation or no-show fees. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible if your plans change. The booking terms in effect for your appointment take priority if the policy changes.

Where is Novaréne located?

Novaréne’s private aesthetic suite is located at 8806 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236, within Drip’n Wax Spa.
