Regenerative support, prepared from you.
PRF Biofiller is an autologous injectable prepared from a small sample of your own blood.
The blood is processed with the clinic’s Integrity system so a fibrin component can be prepared into an injectable gel. The recommendation, treatment area and amount are determined only after consultation and assessment.
At a glance
Treatment: Autologous injectable
First step: Consultation and a small blood draw
Plan: Area and amount individualized
Results: Variable; no outcome is guaranteed
A consultation-led plan
- Uses material prepared from the patient’s own blood.
- Allows the clinician to tailor placement to the selected area and anatomy.
- May be considered for measured soft-volume support and selected skin-quality goals in an appropriate candidate.
- Can be discussed alongside other options, including choosing no injectable treatment.
PRF Biofiller is not the same as a hyaluronic-acid dermal filler. Its behavior, expected change and duration are different, and individual response varies.
Areas that may be considered
- Under-eyes
- Cheeks
- Temples
- Nasolabial folds or marionette lines
- Lips and the surrounding perioral area
The proposed area depends on anatomy, goals, candidacy and the amount of biofiller that can be safely prepared.
What to expect
Your clinician reviews your medical history, goals, facial anatomy and the proposed area. If treatment is appropriate, a blood sample is collected and processed to prepare the biofiller. The skin is cleansed, and the material is placed according to the plan discussed during consent.
Downtime and results
Temporary swelling, redness, tenderness, bruising, firmness or asymmetry can occur at the blood-draw or treatment sites. Infection, nodules, inflammation, vascular injury, an unsatisfactory result and other complications are possible. The degree and duration of any visible change vary.
Treatment candidacy
Candidacy is determined individually. Screening may include blood or platelet conditions, anemia, blood-thinning medicines, immune status, infection, healing history, pregnancy or breastfeeding, prior injectables and tolerance of blood draws. Treatment may be modified, deferred or declined.
PRF Biofiller pricing
One area
$599
Two areas
$799
Two areas treated during the same visit.
Package of three
$1,499
Three treatments for the same area.
For paired features, both sides together count as one treatment area—for example, both under-eyes, both cheeks, both temples, both nasolabial folds or both marionette lines. The lips and surrounding perioral area also count as one treatment area. Choosing two different facial regions counts as two treatment areas.
Every visit remains subject to clinical assessment. A package does not guarantee a particular result or make continued treatment automatic.
PRF Biofiller questions
What is PRF Biofiller?
It is an autologous injectable gel prepared from a sample of your own blood after consultation and individualized screening.
How is it different from hyaluronic-acid filler?
PRF Biofiller is prepared from your blood rather than commercially manufactured hyaluronic acid. Its consistency, expected change, longevity and role in a treatment plan are different.
What counts as one treatment area?
For paired features, both sides together count as one treatment area—for example, both under-eyes, both cheeks, both temples, both nasolabial folds or both marionette lines. The lips and surrounding perioral area also count as one treatment area. Choosing two different facial regions counts as two treatment areas.
What downtime can occur?
Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, firmness or asymmetry can occur at the blood-draw or injection sites. Your clinician reviews expected aftercare and symptoms that need prompt attention.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no universal series. Your anatomy, goal, response and the amount that can be safely prepared guide whether another session is reasonable.
Is PRF Biofiller risk-free because it comes from my blood?
No. Autologous preparation does not remove the risks of a blood draw or facial injection. Infection, inflammation, nodules, vascular injury and an unsatisfactory result are among the possibilities reviewed before consent.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Evidence and protocols continue to evolve. Visible change and longevity vary, and PRF Biofiller is not a substitute for every dermal-filler plan.
