Expression softened. You, unchanged.
Xeomin® (incobotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription botulinum toxin type A used to temporarily improve moderate to severe upper facial lines in adults.
Treatment temporarily reduces activity in selected muscles. At Novaréne, the plan is shaped around your anatomy and movement so the goal remains measured softening—not erasing expression.
At a glance
Treatment: Prescription neuromodulator

Why clients consider Xeomin
- May temporarily soften moderate to severe frown, forehead and crow’s-feet lines in appropriately selected adults.
- Allows placement to be tailored to facial anatomy and muscle movement.
- Does not add facial volume.
- Usually involves a short appointment with limited interruption to most routines.
Results, symmetry, onset and duration vary. No particular aesthetic outcome can be guaranteed.
What to expect
Your clinician assesses your face at rest and in motion, reviews prior neuromodulator treatment and discusses how much movement you hope to retain. After cleansing, small intramuscular injections are placed according to your individualized plan. Product-specific aftercare is reviewed before you leave.
Downtime and results
Temporary redness, tenderness, swelling or bruising can occur. Headache, dry eye, asymmetry, facial weakness and eyelid or brow drooping are also possible. Many people return to usual activities the same day. Changes develop over the following days, and the manufacturer describes aesthetic results that typically last approximately three to four months.
Treatment candidacy
Xeomin may be considered for adults bothered by moderate to severe frown lines, forehead lines or crow’s feet who want temporary softening and can safely receive a botulinum toxin treatment. Your clinician reviews your health history, facial movement, prior treatment, medicines, pregnancy or breastfeeding, allergies and any swallowing, breathing or neuromuscular concerns. Treatment is not performed when there is an infection at the planned injection site or a known allergy to the product or its ingredients.
† Product-use note: Current U.S. labeling includes adult frown lines, forehead lines planned with frown-line treatment and crow’s feet. A lip flip falls outside that labeling and is discussed separately before consent.

Xeomin questions
Will I look frozen?
The plan can aim for measured softening, but anatomy, muscle strength, placement and individual response all affect retained movement. No injector can promise an exact look.
When will I notice a change?
Some people notice changes within several days. The effect continues to develop, so your clinician will advise when assessment or follow-up is most useful.
Is Xeomin the same as Daxxify or Botox Cosmetic?
No. They are different prescription products with different formulations, treatment profiles and product-specific units. Their units cannot be converted or directly compared.
What urgent symptoms should I know?
Botulinum toxin effects can spread beyond the treated area. Seek urgent medical care for trouble swallowing, speaking or breathing; generalized weakness; double or blurred vision; drooping eyelids; or loss of voice. These effects can occur hours to weeks after treatment.
